Randy holds an MBA in Finance from Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Business Finance from Miami University.

Prior to joining the Transaction Liability market in 2018, Adam was a corporate associate for the international law firm Eversheds Sutherland from 2014 to 2018. Adam specialised in M&A across a range of industries and sectors and worked for large multinational corporates in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
